Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions, along with the privacy policy, govern all transactions between MINI ME 3D and you (“Customer”). These terms concern the scanning and production of MINI-ME 3D figurines, digital products, and other customized products,” as well as the use of personally identifiable data

1. Payment and Cancellations

· Once a scan has been submitted for processing, the order cannot be cancelled.

· Prices are estimated during the quotation phase and can be subject to change. Payment must be paid in full prior to printing via Card Payment.

2. Production Details

· Slight differences may occur between the Customer and the figures due to the nature of the 3D processes.

· Certain details may be hard to replicate due to the small size of the figures, and fragile structures may be omitted for durability.

3. Material Composition and Handling

· MINI ME 3D full-colour figures are produced using a 3D printing process and are composed of a resin polymer powder mixture, binding, and infiltration materials.

· Some product lines may use photopolymer resin and enamel paint.

· Figures are fragile and not intended as toys. Keep them away from children, and seek medical help immediately if ingested.

4. Care and Maintenance

Colours and details may fade over time, especially when exposed to direct sunlight, moisture, chemicals, or UV rays.

5. Stands and Support

Some figures may not stand independently due to balance. Permanent stands can be purchased separately or may come standard with certain product lines.

6. Delivery

· Figurines are shipped directly to the customer’s address

· Delivery is estimated within 3-5 weeks from the scan date but may take longer for some product lines.

· Customers will be notified of significant delays

· All packages are dispatched in protective packets or boxes

7. Ownership of Data and Usage

· MINI ME 3D retains all rights, title, and interest in scan data and likeness in all formats

· MINI ME 3D may use this data for advertising or other purposes unless removal is requested (see Section 8).

· Scans of minors require prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

8. Data Retention and Removal

· MINI ME 3D preserves scan data for reprinting and development purposes.

· Customers may request data removal within 7 days of purchase by contacting info@minime3d.co.uks with their order number.

· Failure to request removal means agreeing to MINI ME use of the data as outlined in Section 7.

9. Privacy Policy & GDPR Regulations

· The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore, we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations like the UK GDPR guidelines.

· Information Collection: MINI ME collects personal information such as name, address, email, phone number, and height for order fulfilment. Your personal information is not provided to any third parties.

· Usage: Information is used for presenting products, fulfilling orders, enforcing transaction rights, and notifying changes.

· Corrections: Customers can request corrections to their personal information via info@minime3d.co.uk

· Policy Updates: Changes to the privacy policy will be communicated via email or website notice.
